Hi, I'm Brenda
Gutiérrez.

I'm an Early Childhood Development Specialist, Educational Consultant, Montessori Educator, and Educational Leader with more than 17 years of international experience working with children, families, educators, and schools across Mexico, the United States, and Spain.

My career began in the classroom, where I spent 14 years teaching and guiding children from Kindergarten through elementary school. Throughout this journey, I developed a deep passion for child development, bilingual education, social-emotional learning, and creating learning environments that nurture the whole child.

In 2018, I founded Morning Glory Montessori, a bilingual (Spanish & English) Montessori school in Gavà, Barcelona, Spain. Over seven years, I led the school's educational vision and growth, supporting more than 45 families annually, mentoring a team of educators, and developing innovative programmes in bilingual literacy, social-emotional learning, and permaculture education. In 2025, after establishing sustainable systems, strong educational quality, and a thriving community, I successfully transitioned the school through a strategic sale.

Today, through Whole Child Lab, I partner with families, educators, and schools to create meaningful learning experiences and high-quality educational environments. My work focuses on whole-child development, educational quality, teacher development, family engagement, curriculum innovation, and school growth.

I hold an AMI Montessori Children's House Diploma and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and I continue to deepen my expertise through ongoing professional learning in Neuroeducation, early childhood development, programme evaluation, and educational leadership.

Through Whole Child Lab, my mission is to help build those environments by empowering the adults who guide and support children every day.
